Waste of money. Even after adding the shipping protection, I never received the order and I haven’t been refunded. Waste of money.

While we always do our best to prepare and dispatch orders promptly, the delivery process itself is managed by our shipping partners, and occasionally delays can occur that are unfortunately outside our direct control. When this happens, we work closely with the courier to investigate, though this process can take some time to reach a resolution.
In your case, given the time that had passed, we decided to handle the investigation in the background with the relevant parties and issued a full refund. We did this to ensure you weren't kept waiting any longer.

Gorgeous fabric, great concept, but my extra wriggly baby who is determined to have hands out/sucking her hands was having none of it. Despite being at the top end of size for it would manage to get a hand out the neck, or little fingers between the poppers. Constantly waking herself up fighting to get her hands in her mouth. (She was like this in the womb I’m not sure why I thought she’d be any different now!) chewed the fabric, put a hole in it too with wriggling.. gave up after 5 sleepless nights. Also I would have happily paid £20 for next day delivery had it been an option in my desperation of a better nights sleep.
