We have used this device for two months now, mainly for the light during night sleep, without the noise. Unfortunately the battery lifetime is so bad, that we have to charge it every other day. Which is very uncomfortable with a newborn. Otherwise great design

While the Drift Away White Noise Machine is tested to provide up to 48 hours of continuous playback on a full charge, there are several factors that can impact its battery life, including night light usage. If you're continually using the night light feature, the battery will drain faster, especially at higher brightness settings. To maximise battery life, avoid using the light continuously during sleep, or use a lower brightness setting.
By adjusting these factors, you can help extend the playback time of your Drift Away and ensure you get the most out of each charge.
