Can I put this on the outside of the window?

No. This blind is designed for indoor use, and may peel off your window if exposed to the elements.

 

Does the blind leave glue or residue on my window?

No. The blind sticks to your window with static cling (like you generate to stick your hair to a balloon). There is no glue and therefore no residue left on your window.

Can I remove the blinds during the day?

You sure can! The blinds do not use adhesive to stick to your windows, meaning they can be taken down and reapplied as many times as you like. Ensure the shiny side of the blind is clean before reapplying. Use a light mist of water on your windows to improve cling.

Is the blind toxic?

Our blinds are non-toxic. If you notice a slight smell out of the box, please air the blind outside before applying to your windows.

How many rolls will I need?

We recommend measuring your windows before purchasing, to see how many rolls you need. Each roll measures 46x183 cm. You can use multiple rolls on one large window to ensure complete coverage.

Does the blind work with tinted windows?

No. The tinting on windows means the static cling does not work effectively.

Does the blind stick to frosted or obscure glass?

No. The blind needs a flat, smooth surface to ensure the static cling works effectively.

 

Does the blind stand up to direct sunlight at the height of summer?

Yes. The shiny side of the blind is designed to reflect light away, to help keep rooms cooler in hot weather. If your blind starts to peel from heat, simply reapply using a light mist of water to help improve the static cling.

What do I do if the blind bubbles or starts to peel off?

Simply reapply using a light mist of water to help improve the static cling. Before reapplication, check the shiny side of the window is free of debris, and that the window is clean. The blind will not ahdere as well to dirty windows.

Can I use the blind on a double-glazed window?

Yes. The blind will work on single and double glazed windows as long as the glass is not tinted or frosted.

Yes, as long as the glass is not tinted or frosted.
