A Guide to Dressing for Sleep
All ergoPouch sleepwear is TOG-rated and made with organic, breathable natural fibres to ensure your baby can maintain an even body temperature, resulting in a safe and comfortable sleep for your mini — perfect for hot summer nights and cold winter nights!
The ideal temperature for a nursery/bedroom whilst sleeping is 18–20Cº degrees, regardless of the season. We know that's not achievable for everyone, so our TOG-rated range of sleepwear ensures your little one is dressed appropriately for varying temperatures.
ergoPouch’s 1.0, 2.5 and 3.5 TOG sleepwear is safe for sleep, designed to be used on its own without the need for blankets in the cot or bed, to keep your mini comfortable and warm.

While your infant baby may be settling into a more predictable sleep routine and perhaps feeding less through the night, you may find their sleep disturbed by rolling, teething, developmental milestones and being more responsive to changing light and noise stimulus during nap time. As you navigate these phases, providing a safe, consistent sleep environment will go a long way to faster settling and gentle soothing - our baby sleeping bags provide a great start.
